I strongly recommend Softron tax Mississauga, especially Amita. She helps me fixed the CRA account of my child.

I did my tax yesterday with you steel Brampton. and she did a lot of mistake and charged me a lot too $ 100 this mistake first of ato I told her I don't know my husband income and she have an option to file my income tax as married couple separately tax income. Not join income

Pathetic behaviour . Very rude dealing. The lady os very arrogant and stubborn she gave appointment and then said you can go and get it done from anywhere i cannot do anything.did not even listen the situation properly

Met with Mr. Amit Patel at softrontax in centrepoint mall and had a very good and productive meeting with him.

He filed my husband's tax within 5 minutes and also helped us out with other concerns very diligently. Would definitely refer him to my friends.

I am writing this today to express my disappointment in the amount I had to pay Softron in Brampton, for services rendered in the preparation and filing of my 2017 tax return.

As a loyal client for the past 7 - 8 years, I find your expertise and knowledge commendable, which is why I have been using your services. However, on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, I had my taxes done and very much to my surprise at the completion, I was presented with an invoice for $339.00, one, I might add that was quickly printed off in an adjacent area. I just about fell off my chair, as I was expecting to pay about $85.00. I even brought a coupon with me for a $5.00 discount.

This was a straight forward tax return. Nothing complicated about this. I was asked if I had sold any property in 2017, for which I responded yes, and I had already checked with my bank manager to ensure I was not involved in capital gains as the property was my primary residence. To add insult to injury, at no time was I made aware that this years" tax return would cost a significant amount more. I was quickly offered a $39 discount.

My question is "Does Softron just make up amounts randomly for services rendered.? Of course I paid by debit, as I felt I had no choice.

I did some research and have learned that the competition in Brampton charges between $45.00 and $90.00 for my tax return.

So Softron...what gives? I expect to be compensated $200.00 or credited that amount for future returns, if you want to continue or business relationship.

Hi We Becareful with this tax office. They are not trasperant.

If you go there for enquiry, they do something add or remove in the tax returens without your consent and charge you at the end. Their aim is to extract money if any cutomer incase go and contact them.

Had my taxes done almost 6 weeks they *** up big time cost me $90 was told wrong amount refund and haven't received anything they blame it on the government been with them for 10yrs never going back

Very very bad service at the softron location on hurontario,they staff there is just rude and the charge way too much to do your taxes when ask why you paying so much they cant give u a valid reason ,people stay away dont go there please please,we had to pay $175.00 for couple and a child ,so bad service
